BOOKING & ACCOMMODATION

Are my card details charged when I make my booking?

No.

Our check in time is after 2:00pm and our check out time is before 11:00am.

Can I check in earlier and check out later?

The service is available for an additional £20.00 per requirement, as an example if you were to check in early and check out late, this would be an additional £40.00. Subject to availability.

Do you have rooms available for three adults?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any rooms that can accommodate this.

Do you have smoking rooms?

We don’t provide smoking rooms and any smoking in the room has a penalty charged to the card details provided.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately pets aren’t allowed at the hotel except for guide dogs.

FACILITIES

Do you have ironing facilties in the room?

These are available at no extra cost from the reception

Do you provide Internet?

Our internet is a wired connection; the Ethernet cable required is available from reception for a £5.00 refundable deposit.

Do you have any telephones in the rooms?

Unfortunately we don’t have phones in the room but a public telephone is situated in the hotel reception area.

Do you have a restaurant or bar on your premises?

Unfortunately we don’t have a restaurant on site, however next door in the Superbowl building is a licensed Bar and Wimpy outlet.

What does your continental breakfast consist of?

Our breakfasts give you a choice of cereal (Alpen, Cornflakes, Coco Pops & Wheetabix), yoghurt, orange juice and croissant with jam and butter.

What time can children swim in the Oasis Health Club?

Children can swim during weekdays from 7:00am until 7.30pm and on weekends 9:30am until 2:00pm, for bank holidays and school holidays please call to check availability.
